Friday, July 13

6:00 pm: Festival Kick Off with Band and Ensemble Performances in the Park Band Shell
9:30 pm: "Coda at the Firehouse" – Ice Cream Social

Saturday, July 14

10:00 am: Band Performances Begin in the Park Band Shell (performances will be approximately every 50 minutes*)
9:30 pm: "Coda at the Firehouse" – Ice Cream Social

*Note – Each band will have a 50 minute time slot. This includes 40 minutes for performance “stage time” and a 10 minute set up and take down time. A LGCB stage crew will assist with the set up and strike so as to keep on schedule. Schedule subject to change.

Performance Information

Participation will be limited to the number of performing spots available. Selection and performance order will be determined by the Festival Committee based on a band’s requested performance time block, entry form application postmark date and performance slot availability.
Registration Fee – 2012: $200

Participating Bands will receive:

Special needs parking permits will be available for any band members who need them during their performance times. These are near the stage and require a special card.
