The Lake George Community Band Festival was held July 18-19, 2008. This is the fourth year of the festival and we had another great event! The band is looking forward to hosting the festival again in 2009.

Good weather venue is Shepard Park, which is along Canada Street (pictured above).

Rain venue is the Lake George High School gymnasium, north on Canada Street from Shepard Park.

General Directions to Lake George, New York:

I-87 NYS Thruway North. Exit 24 to I-87 North continued. Now it's called the Northway. Exit 21 is the lower Lake George exit. Turn north onto Route 9/Canada Street and shortly you will be in Lake George Village. Shepard Park will be on the right. Parking in front of the park will be available for drop off and pick up. Exit 22 is the upper Lake George exit. Turn south on Route 9/Canada Street and the Lake George High School will appear on your right. Shepard Park will be a bit further down the road, on your left.
